How to Rock a Product Launch

resource preview

Whether it's from convention or a seasonal launch… new products are always exciting! This resource will give you some tips on how to share about them and maximize the momentum.

Here is the basic info that you need to know to maximize the product launch:

  • What is launching : Gather information on what is launching. The app will have details on individual products, graphics, and photos if our content team has had enough lead time to make those happen.
  • Details for the launch itself : This information is important to know for yourself and your customers. Will the orders be on loyalty rewards or one time orders only? Is there an ordering limit? When does the launch take place? Your app will have all of these details so that you can easily educate yourself and pass on the information.
  • Permanent vs Limited Time : This is important so that you know how urgent it is for your people to get their orders in. This information will be in your app details for each launch so make sure to familiarize yourself with it!

Tips on sharing:

  • Don't forget to order the new products yourself! Sometimes in our excitement in sharing we forget to order them ourselves, and one of the absolute best ways to promote a new product is by sharing our first hand experience!
  • While you wait to get your hands on the new products, share some of the claims that Young Living gives us and why you're excited to use the new products!
  • Use the graphics linked in your app to make sharing simple and save yourself some time! This will happen for each new launch.
  • YOUR ENTHUSIASM is key. If you aren't excited then no one else will be either! You are the face of this company to your customers. When Target or Old Navy has a sale or a new summer line they advertise the heck out of it. You are the advertisement. Communicate with your teams! Touch base with your people!
  • IF YOU DON'T TELL THEM WHO WILL??? This is our time to step up and own our businesses. Have confidence. Be proud. Don't worry about what people may think or if people will be annoyed. As a business owner we are simply serving our customers. Our members WANT these safe products. It's our job to share them! Put on your customer service hat and empower your customers with the info they need.
